Eat an anti-inflammatory diet.

 

An ‪anti-inflammatory‬ diet includes specific foods scientifically known to fight off persistent inflammation like greeens, broccoli, bok choy, tomatoes turmeric and mackrel, while excluding foods that are highly inflammatory, like sugar.

 

Persistent inflammation that serves no purpose is the root cause of most chronic diseases like ‪cancer‬, heart disease, ‪diabetes‬, and Alzheimer's.

 

Anti-inflammatory foods on my dinner plate today: Fresh turmeric preserved in lemon juice, mackerel, tomatoes and purple cabbage
