Red Cabbage Recipe

Serving Size: 4
Total Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 medium sized cabbage
3 cloves of garlic
1 large slice of lemon (for juice)
1 inch piece green chilli
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Coriander for garnishing
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Wash and shred the cabbage
2. Set aside and let sit for 5 minutes after shredding
3. Slice the garlic
4. In a pan, heat the coconut oil (low-medium heat), and then add the green chili and the sliced garlic
5. After a minute, add the shredded cabbage and saute for 2 minutes while adding salt and lemon juice
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
